Delivery and Payment
Delivery options:
1) Delivery within Ukraine
- Carried out by the transport company Nova Poshta at the buyer's expense according to the carrier's rates. The cash-on-delivery service fee is paid by the buyer regardless of the order amount. It costs approximately 90 UAH + 2% of the order amount. Delivery time is 1-3 days from dispatch, depending on the location.
- Carried out by the transport company Ukrposhta. Delivery time is 3-10 days depending on the location and shipping method (express, standard).
During the ordering process, our managers will coordinate the delivery date with you before dispatching the goods. Delivery costs and the money transfer fee are paid by the client upon receipt of the order.
2) Pickup (Lviv city only)
You can personally try on, purchase, and pick up your order at our office during working hours at the address 5-a Sventsitskoho St., Lviv. Please confirm product availability in the office warehouse with a manager before visiting.
3) International delivery
Carried out by Ukrposhta or "Meest" at the buyer's expense regardless of the order amount. You must pay 100% of the order value + 100% of the shipping cost. Estimated delivery cost is 1000 UAH.
Attention! Only make payment after coordinating all order details with a manager.
Payment options:
- • Bank transfer to the entrepreneur's PrivatBank card (get details from a manager).
- • Privat 24 (option in the cart).
- • Bank current account (get details from a manager).
- • Cash payment upon pickup or courier delivery.
- • Card payment in the office (terminal).
- • Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta. Cost: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
- • Online payment using the form on the site (below or in the cart during checkout). Payment can be made directly on the site from any country using any bank card.
Attention!
- Use the non-cash payment form only after a call or correspondence with a manager and confirmation of product availability.
- Please note: the payment form charges a 2.5% commission on the payment amount.
